Opportunity to organize an Official Special Session (Program subject to the approval by the Scientific Committee)

Conference Session Program will be included in the Industry Support and Exhibition section of the Program (subject to receipt by publishing deadline)

The time slots have been designated and will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis.

The supporting company must cover all speakers’ expenses including registration, accommodation and travel expenses in addition to the support fee. This also applies in case the speakers have already been invited by BioLeagues.

Indicated in the program as: Conference Special Session organised by: Company Name (not included in the main event CME/CPD credit offering).

Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section of the program, on the event website, and with signage during the event.

Conference Special Sessions are offered to industry as non-CME commercial/promotional sessions and are allocated on a “first-come, first-served” basis.

Supporting companies are free to choose topics, invite speakers, and control content. However, topics and the program are subject to approval by the scientific committee.

In case where the scientific committee does not approve the special session, each party will be entitled to cancel the special session booking without paying any penalty for the cancellation or for any damages caused by the cancellation to the other party. Accordingly, upon such cancellation, neither of the parties will have any claims, demands or suits towards the other.

The company, in addition to the support fee, must cover all speaker’s expenses, including registration fees, accommodation and travel expenses. This also applies in the case where the speakers have already been invited by the event organisers.

Special Session will be indicated in the program as: “Special Session Name” organised by: Company Name (not included in the main event CME/CPD credit offering).
